- All reservations are made on a "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" basis
and only a confirmed reservation deposit can guarantee your time and
date for your party.
Party rooms are reserved for use for 1.5 hours unless extended time has
been purchased in advance; Please be mindful and courteous of your
allowed time as parties are booked back to back with a 30 minute
cleaning and setup period in between scheduled reservations. - Customers must pay their reservation balance IN FULL prior to gaining
access to the party room and receiving game cards. Access to the party
room will be no more than 15 minutes prior to their reserved time.
There is a 5% service charge on the TOTAL BALANCE of your
reservation(not including additional time). - If you plan on arriving earlier than your scheduled party time, please
leave all personal belongings in your vehicles. GAMA Ride is not able
to store any party goods.
GAMA RIDE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED, OR
STOLEN PERSONAL BELONGINGS.-Additional room time is available at a rate of $75 per half hour;
additional time must be reserved at the time of Party room reservations
to allow GAMA Ride staff to plan room use accordingly.
- Additional time may be added if and only if there are no other parties scheduled
after. Additional time fees only apply to use of the party room and are
not added to game card value.
- GAMA Ride provides tables, table covers and chairs. We do provide
plates, utensils or napkins upon request. Cake cutting and serving sets
are available for use as well upon request.
What’s Allowed?
- DO NOT BRING
Silly String, Helium Balloons (or any balloons that can float on their
own), Piñatas or Confetti.
Air filled balloons are OK as long as they DO NOT FLOAT.
Our wall banners must stay on the walls; you may place decorations /
balloons over them as long as it's fastened by painter's tape or normal
scotch tape.
Customers must vacate the party room and take all remaining food,
drinks, and other items back to their vehicles before their allotted time is
over. They cannot be moved or consumed in the dining room area or any
other area within the facility after room time is up.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
- Customers have the option to order food in advance from GAMA
Ride. Guests are not allowed to bring their own food.
Exceptions - You May Bring
- Fruit Platters,Veggie Platters, Charcuterie boards, Finger snacks,
Goodie Bags, Non-alcoholic beverages, Desserts such as cake, cupcakes,
brownies, cookies, etc
Alcoholic Beverages
We sell beer on tap, bottled beer, soda pitchers, and wine by the glass or
bottle at GAMA Ride. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CAN BE
BROUGHT FROM OUTSIDE. ALCOHOL PURCHASED FROM
GAMA RIDE MUST BE CONSUMED INSIDE THE BUILDING
AND CANNOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE CHILDREN'S AREA
NEAR THE FRONT DOOR AND ABSOLUTELY CANNOT
LEAVE THE PREMISES.
We sell beer on tap, bottled beer, soda pitchers, and wine by the glass or
bottle at GAMA Ride. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CAN BE

CANCELLATIONS
- Deposits are non refundable nor can they be transferred to game cards
unless full balance for reservation has been paid. Your entire amount is
not refundable but is transferable to another date with a 7 days notice. - Changes made with less than 7 days notice prior to the event are
subject to a $100 penalty.
